The Look of Love is in Your Eyes
The look of love is in your eyes
A look your smile can't disguise
The look of love
It's saying so much more than just words could ever say.

The look of love: what we show others as we look out. Howwe look from the inside out also affects our perceptions of and relationships with those we love. And those who we may love, but maybe not inthisparticular moment.
This lesson begins with looking closely at the hand, gradually turning eyes in all directions to soften the surrounding muscle. Looking in different directions and gradually further away develops focus and depth of field. The pelvis provides the support for the eyes to scan the horizon and activate the movement in the neck and torso. In the end, find a softer gaze, new perspective and expanded sense of vision.
This is a seated lesson, either on yoga mat on the floor or a firm chair without arms. It's a little more active than some lessons, but layers and warm socks are still a good idea.
How you might feel after this lesson: Eyes soft and relaxed; Neck and chest loose; Jaw relaxed; Grounded; Balanced Left and Right; Soft Hands; Deep, deep twists; Eyes lead the body; Full breath; Deeper seat in the saddle; Kayak 101; Skis and Snowboards follow the eyes; Yoga twist breakthroughs.
