Gestures of Love - 10 - "Sealed with A Kiss"

Soft Eyes, Soft Jaw, Soft Tongue and Lips

“If all I have to do this year is love, I’m good” - Christine

Embody love as we wait to be reunited with our beloveds. This Awareness Through Movement® series progresses from Self Hugs to Sealed with a Kiss. Be ready for that wonderful moment when we can show our love up close and joyously.

Are you ready for your close-up? Ready to feel the joy of spring, the hopefulness of the vaccine? Maybe an actual skin-to-skin reunion with long-missed beloveds - or newly-borns you're meeting for the first time?

Shining eyes, soft tongue and full lips are the happy outcomes of this lesson. I often refer to this as the "Botox Lesson" for the way it works on the face and psyche.

Another quiet, more meditative session, so have your comfy stuff ready. You can sit in a chair, though lying on the floor is preferable if you can. Begin by sensing and releasing the jaw, cheeks and eyes. Then the circular muscles of the lips and finally the tongue. By the end, you may feel you've just had a facial, a massage and eye lift. From there, take a selfie from a place of deep relaxation, or find someone to gaze on lovingly by Zoom. Or, seal it with a kiss!

How you might feel after this lesson: Eyes, Jaw, Throat and Tongue deeply relaxed; Cheeks soft and full; Lips soft and full; Smile broad and relaxed; Tongue Awareness like you've never before experienced; Full body relaxation; Ready for your close up!; Ready for the softest, most wonderful kiss in a very long time.
