April 15: Doing Diagonals - Deep dive into hip and shoulder connections. For forward and back bends, seated and standing twists; low-mid back pain
April 22: Curling and Arching - Consciously align feet, hips, shoulders and head. For twists and balances; therapy for neck, shoulders, low back and hips
April 29: Eyes Guide All Movements - Coordinate movement body-wide. For deep twists, backbends, balances; therapy for neck and shoulder aches, headaches
