Bring aim to your prayers with this Awareness Through Movement Eye lesson. It’s deeply relaxing for the eyes and the whole self, sitting with closed eyes while ‘gazing’ at your hands joined in prayer position.
Not only may your prayers find direction, but catching, tossing and hitting may also be improved. With an introduction by Rabbi Donna Kirschbaum.
Attend via Zoom or join your vaccinated friends in the BHC Sanctuary.
