The “Sweater Lesson” for upper back tension was much appreciated

Upper back tension is an issue for the folks who work at New England Wire Technologies  At the June 23, 2022 Wellness Fair at the factory, I had the chance to teach abbreviated versions of the "Sweater Lesson" to first and second shift employees. 

Everyone who joined my mini-lessons stood up feeling more open and relaxed in their necks and shoulders.  Only a few minutes of ATM can make a big difference! 

In my humble opinion, the mini-lessons were the most fun of the presentations - with the possible exception of the animal shelter folks, who had brought along a sweet doggie. (And just to clarify a misconception I had, animal shelters do NOT want old pillows.  They end up shredded to nothing in record time.)

My fantasy is that the people who took the mini lesson share it with their colleagues, and that regular waves of the upper back stretch flow through the shop floor.
