NCCR Interview with DJ Penny Keeler

Opportunity to Spread the Word Through the Magic of Local Radio

Stream it live at: nococommunityradio.org

I love radio. And NCCR DJ Penny Keeler, the friendliest voice on radio, invited me to co-host her weekly show, Outside the Box.

The topic was, of course, Awareness Through Movement and the  play list iw pulled from the inspirational singers featured in the "Hippie Chick" and "About Walking," series and a mash-up of tunes from other sessions.

Each song is an entree to some aspect of Awareness Through Movement: techniques, approaches, lesson themes.

We covered the Hippie Chick series musical selections, with asides for descriptions of each lesson, and a few mini-ATMs thrown in for the listening audience members who were not driving.

Penny has invited me back to continue the conversation.

Here is the working playlist for the past interview, with additional tunes queued up for a future date. Stay tuned.
