Wellness Fair at New England Wire

I’ll be offering 10-15 minute mini-lessons at the New England Wire Wellness Fair.

Golf Biomechanics

Have you had golf lesson but find it hard to take the changes to the course? Do you hit it great on the range but not at the tee? A better understanding of Biomechanics could be your breakthrough! Try a step-by-step, extreme-low-impact approach to learn how to avoid early hip extension, keep your shoulders on plane, shift weight for effortless power and more.

In this biomechanics approach, seated students follow verbal cues to tune into old habits and try new, more effective ways of moving.  Try a free mini-lesson developed for golfers who want to understand how they move and how they can improve their swing.  (This is a movement lesson, not a PGA-approved golf lesson!)

Full Body Gardening:

You love the garden but not the backache.  Try a step-by-step, extreme-low-impact approach to how to wisely dig, plant, prune and weed. In this biomechanics approach, seated students follow verbal cues to tune into old habits and feel into new, more effective ways of moving.  Try a 10-15 mini-lesson on smarter clipping, pruning and picking.  (on the half hour)

I’m very curious to see what comes of it.

Just to promote a fascinating local business: New England Wire Technologies is a privately held, employee owned company with a rich history dating back to 1898. Our Lisbon, NH facilities consist of over 385,000 square feet of manufacturing, quality/testing, tooling/machine fabrication, and office space. The firm are an ISO9001:2015 registered company with more than 400 employees operating three shifts, five days a week.

Tech nerd that I can be, I think this is going to be cool.
