Learn the art of spiraling up from the floor, or out of bed. The gesture is easy once you break down the components: using the weight of the hips to shift the spine, using the arms to create momentum, and keeping the head down. This set of lessons develops each movement in sequence so that you can't help but roll out of shivasana or bed with total ease. Attend one or both classes.
