"Pelvic Health and Awareness" takes a whole body approach;  you will connect and balance your pelvic floor in relationship with your entire body, from legs to hips to ribs to breath, and side-to-side.  You will develop an enriched sensitivity to the pelvic floor and will be able to contract or relax the whole system as you wish.


Lessons come to you via Zoom in the privacy of your own living room.  

The Curriculum Includes:

  • Lesson 1: Anatomy, Breath and the Pelvic Floor (Floor

  • Lesson 2: Connecting the Inner Legs to the Pelvic Floor for Side-to-Side Balance (Floor)

  • Lesson 3: Abs to Public Bone Connection for Front-to-Back Balance (Floor)

  • Lesson 4: Deep Contractions and Release for Core Stability (and Continence) (Floor)

  • Lesson 5: Bringing in the Cheeks - Engaging the Gluteal Muscles for Strength in Sitting (Seated)

  • Lesson 6: Rocking the Pelvis for Power in Standing, Walking and Posting (Seated)

  • Bonus: Move from the Eyes

  • Bonus: Vibrating Voice from the Floor

Registered students receive an email with the lesson link and password good for the entire series. Add it to your calendar for simplicity, or keep a record of your personal link and password. Registration is good for either Wednesday or Friday session (same lesson.). Makeups permitted.
