Join Awareness Through Movement: Adaptive SportsNut Edition, a free, online class series for Adaptive athlete volunteers and participants. Lessons will focus on Adaptive Sports’ skill development and injury prevention for kayaking, hiking, golf, climbing, tennis and yoga.

April 9: Sitting on A Clock – the original “pelvic clock” lesson some chiropractors teach . For seated and standing twists; therapy for stiff low back, hips and shoulders.
April 16: Blue Ribbon Diagonals – deep dive into hip and shoulder connections. For forward and back bends, seated and standing twists; therapy for low-mid back and shoulders.
April 23: Long Arms with a Twist - consciously align feet, hips, shoulders and head. For supine and standing twists and balances; therapy for neck and shoulders, low back and hips, alignment of arms and legs.
April 30: Go Where You’re Looking –eyes coordinate movement body-wide. For deep twists, backbends, balances; therapy for neck and shoulder aches, headaches, tight spine
