Quadrant Breathing
Mary, Jakob and Natasha got into the groove - of breathing. This lesson was about breathing into different parts of the back and chest to help open up and calm down.
Mary thought this lesson would be useful for those moments when you look down the hill and, oh no, it looks a little scary. Breathe into it! Natasha thought about how she could use her breath and chest to help her shift weight for turns. Jakob was ready to pop in the earbuds and get ready to rock: rhythmic breathing could make for some sweet turns.
